Milo - Has completed his puppy classes
Just thought I would give you a 'Milo' update. He completed his 8 weeks of puppy training classes with hubby last night and was given a certifate and rosette. Hubby has signed him up for the next training class that starts in January. Milo is getting better with other dogs, he barks at some-ignores others and if they are smaller or the same size as him he has a sniff! Next weekend Milo is 5 months old - where did the time go??

Re: Milo - Has completed his puppy classes
I know Caz its scarty isn't it? Isabella is almost as big as Josh now and quite the young lady - what happened to her soft pink puppy paws????
Anyway great news that your hubby is doing so well with Milo. I never regretted going to training with Josh - you end up with a well socialised pooch - just a pity that where I took Josh only does the class on evening I work now
Come on now - 5 months old and we haven't seen any pictures since he was ICKLE!!!!!!!

Well done
...I am great believer of training and wish it were compulsory for at least the first year of dog ownership...maybe then we could curb alot of anti-social behaviour from dogs and owners through education....I am glad you are going to continue training its a lovely way of meeting like minded people and well behaved dogs.Keep up the good work . Yes..where are the photo's???

Well done Milo, and you hubby as well of course.
It is a pity that some sort of dog training isn't compulsory, but like everything the ones that need to go would never go, whether it was compulsory or not.
And yes, where are the photos please?????

Re: Milo - Has completed his puppy classes
Sorry - Need to upload some more recent photos onto the pc-will try to get it done this week Promise! We took Milo somewhere new yesterday - it is called Warley Woods (a 10 minute drive from where we live) and Milo got to meet dogs of all shapes and sizes. My daughter counted 34 dogs while we were there - and he was very good. We took him off the lead and he was more confident - not so much barking, he even tried making friends with a Bassett Hound! We will be going back next Sunday!

Re: Milo - Has completed his puppy classes
We have Wakerley Woods near us part of Rockingham Forest ,its quite a large woods and there are usually 30/40 cars in the car park but as its so big you hardly meet another dog and Tuppence likes nothing better than to be off lead running free and chasing squirrels, sighting the odd deer is also fun ( though they usually see us first and move on ). Its such a lovely feeling to watch your dog having the time of their lives. We go every Sunday & Monday weather permitting...enjoy yourselves next Sunday, and its lovely to hear what Milo is up to....Photo's please !!!!!!!!
