Re: First timer!
I know just what you mean - I was a big dog person initially (we had a lab when I was a child) but when I found out about this breed and then met one I was totally besotted and although I love all dogs I would NEVER even dream of having another breed now - and I have already proved to myself that I cannot live without one when I lost my last two and was not going to go through "that" again.... few months and I was almost suicidal without my little friends/babies and Mum insisted on buying me Josh cos she was so worried about me!!
And I think wherever people who belong to this breed meet up they feel like "family" - well they do to me anyway

Re: First timer!
Thanks Maggie, I'm loving it here, surrounded by all these lovely little fluff balls!! I'm so glad you got in touch cos I love the cut of your lighter dog (Mollie?) & I'm hoping to get Sophie looking a little like that. I don't think her fur is quite that fluffy being an older girl, but I would like to grow it a bit. Does it have to be cut with scissors or can it be done with clippers?
Looking forward to getting to know you and your gorgeous doggies,
Dawn
